Urgh so this was kind of a disaster, was cooking some cola ham with Aoibheann but we abandoned it to watch some tv. After a while Aoibheann jumps up to notice the room is full of smoke. The cola has boiled down to this thick tar and has started smoking. The ham was still delicious, and with the adition of some honey the tar made a great sauce. Forgot to blip the finished product but it was a really tasty dinner. Luckily Aoibheann managed to get this pan clean again as I love it.
