Japanese Holiday day three, Beef Sukiyaki

A very long and tiring day going round Tokyo with our guide Hara, starting at the fish market and visiting various temples, shrines, bridges and shops as well as having some great sushi for lunch. After a shower and a snooze we went to the Asakusa Imahan restaurant to try Beef Sukiyaki. Served in a private room, we were shown what to do and then left to cook the meal ourselves. It was absolutely delicious and a very Japanese experience, the staff all dressed in kimonos and lots of kneeling and bowing as the protocol was explained.
