Back to the baking today after a few days break. Things are really coming along with the business, logo is being worked on as we speak and i've got a to do list as long as my arm to research pricing, packaging, competitors, equipment, wholesalers etc which I will be getting on with this week.

I think I am putting off pitching the cakes to local businesses, I feel quite scared about going out there and actually trying to sell them to people until now it's just been friends and family who have enjoyed them for free, it will feel strange taking money for them.

I am getting better and better at decorating and am really looking forward to the two cupcake courses that I have got coming up in the next few weeks, hopefully these will help me with my confidence and give me the incentive I need to go out there and show them off. For now, i'll show them off to you and continue to let Matthew devour them!
