Berries and birds

I enjoyed walking through the heavily dewed grass this morning. It was silvery in the sunlight. My boots leaked though despite the reproofing I gave them. I think some glue is in order then, perhaps, a new pair. I seem to wear them out at a fair rate.

I ate cake at 4pm today along with an extra coffee to liven me up. I'm not normally that hungry but I think I must have burnt off quite a lot yesterday. Little Dog felt it too. After her walk this morning, she has slept and slept but was quite excited to model her new collar and car harness this afternoon.
