A still night on the canal

It was looking like it would be a nice sunset this evening and so I decided I would head out to Harrison Park to snap the boat hut on the Union Canal but someone had parked up a boat right in front of it which made me change the angle from the usual landscape to a portrait shot and I actually quite like it.

The clouds just to the right of the bridge were flaming red as the sun dipped under the horizon but unfortunately there were just a few whisps over where I was shooting but I did manage to bring in the moon that was just setting at the same time.
