The Sound of Silence

Only two more songs left for the September Song Challenge, and I thought I might have to just do something else because I had no idea what I could photograph for either of them. And then the late afternoon light hit Grangemouth!
As it happens, I couldn't explain why I think the image fits the song... but I do think it does. I didn't change the hue or the saturation, just increased the contrast slightly and added a touch of diffuse glow. The colour - or lack of it - was just like that.
