2014 more running needed

No going back

It's arrived.

My number and pre race instructions are safely stored, ready for my 26 mile trip round the beautiful Kielder reservoir in Northumberland.

Starting with 7 miles running, it's intended I then do 15 miles cycling before returning to foot for the final 4.2 miles.

Training has taught me the combination of the 2 disciplines is tough, and I've only gone and chosen one of the toughest courses on tbe calendar as my first one
