Last to leave

I wonder sometimes if I ever will get used to the kittens leaving for their new homes.

Sadness is what I feel today; Nite Owl left with his new owners less than an hour ago. The feeling will subside, I know, and with the first happy (hopefully!) reports it should feel fine.
