Foxgloves

My first opportunity to post a blip for a few days. We have been helping our daughter move into her first home, having completed the purchase last week. You can probably guess that I have been up to my eyes in van driving, assembling, plumbing and general dog's body.

I have a free day tomorrow and on Wednesday I am having a few days in Northumberland with Duckboy who is returning to his home in Australia very shortly.

I believe this may be the first macro I have taken for quite some time. We seem to have foxgloves everywhere on our property, which is great as I think they are superb plants. This one is just coming into flower all on its own and you can see that it has some well needed raindrops on it.
