Magic beans (365 mono #040)

My youngest tried to sell me these beans at £1 each. I wonder if he'll ask for his money when he sees this Blip. I still haven't paid him for mowing the lawn!

I just love runner beans. The colour and markings are amazing. Ok, so this is a mono challenge and so I cannot portray the glorious colour, but I think that they look great in monochrome due to the contrast of the shiny surface with the black markings.

I placed the beans in a white bowl and lit with a desk lamp, using foil and shiny steering wheel covers as reflectors. The camera was on a tripod and positioned directly overhead.
