Jamming

It's been a productive day in the kitchen. After collecting brambles, rose hips, elderberries and haws from the hedgerows I set about making some jam although first I had to make lemon curd so I could use the pips and peel to add pectin to the jam!

Today's total:
8 jars of lemon curd
6 jars of bramble jelly
6 jars of hedgerow jelly

Yummy!
