Mono Monday: Music

I started piano lessons when I was in second grade, I think. I always loved playing, and didn't mind practicing either. I was the accompanist during music classes in grade school and also for the Chorus (or Glee Club, if you will) during high school. I was part of the orchestra during high school musicals and provided piano music during church services while in high school and college. Along the way we acquired a baby grand piano, and my daughter began lessons when she was young. I seldom sit down to play any more, and I do miss those times. I hope I will make it a priority when I retire.
