Unusual Varieties at the Carrington
Tonight Tristan tooks a group of us through some unusual varieties from around the globe. One night a month, the Carrington Cellars puts on a terrific tasting run by Tristan and very capably seconded by Grant.
It's always entertaining, informative and delicious! Tonight we had a Garganega and an Arneis from Vic, a Vouvray from France, a Fiano from SA, a Tinta Roriz from Portugal, three Cab Francs - from Spain, Orange and the New England area, a Moscatel from Spain and finished off with a Pedro Ximenez from the Barossa.
Time for bed!
