Ye Olde Police Station, Aylesbury

This building has been out of use for some years now and there is a local campaign to preserve all three of the 1930s buildings. The building on the right (of the two in shot) is set for demolition to make way for a car park in the near future..thats progress for you but some would say that it is legalised vandalism. The buildings have been there almost 100 years and it seems a shame that they can't be upcycled into something else like an hotel or even a museum !!

C & I met mum down the town for lunch in the Bell which was nice, then C & J went to buy a Fascinator for the wedding. I escaped and took a few shots in this locale. Met C back at car having seen lots of old colleagues whilst I was out & about. Only 1 person stopped & said hello whilst the rest didn't notice me. Saw ANJR again but managed to dodge him.....phew !
