First Moon Shot

Taken 2nd of May 2013.

My first moon photo taken with my Fuji. I can still remember the feeling of seeing this on the camera screen. It was my only goal that was camera related. It's zoomed in on my original photo.

Last night (29/09/2014) was also my first time star gazing with my astro binoculars! I've only waited 3 weeks for a clear night. It's been nothing but cloud up here in Orkney. It was so moving seeing my first glimpse at far away stars that I actually had some happy tears. Now to save up for a good telescope....
