Turning

My G15 is playing-up, refusing to zoom in or out or to allow me to use the in-camera image effects. I have read relevant bits of the manual and done the usual Googling, all to no avail. So, unless any blippers have a clue how I might fix this, I will have to seek professional help (for the camera that is...)
