Drying out hydrangeas

A friend of mine had beautiful hydrangeas in her garden (mine are over) but the heads were so heavy there must have been around 40 heads on the ground, and as you can see, so lovely. So I am trying to dry them. This year I haven't been so successful with mine, I'm hoping these will be better.
