Pretty pastel sky

Soothing colours, to sooth my temper.

I answered the phone whilst P answered the door to welcome our new guests. When I had finished on the phone, P said that the guests thought the lanes were the narrowest they had ever been in,then said the room smelled damp, and decided not to stay!? He offered them another room even though he couldn't smell anything, but they just walked out. I can't help feeling it was an excuse not to stay, but why?

Oh well, their loss and I had baked a cake for them too. End of rant.
