An Indian Summer

..and an English Autumn.

On the last day of September, we are still basking in 20 C sunshine. Incredible.!
Though storm clouds, lower temperatures and rain are gathering on the horizon for the forthcoming weekend. And the trees are (seasonally) shedding their leaves.

I had a wonderful acupuncture session this afternoon and feel quite different - bizzarely, more like my old self! - as a result. So smiling and feeling happy.
