The Grand Canyon

Taken on the South Kaibab trail! I woke up at about 6am to get an early start before the weather warmed up, and set off on the 6 mile hike. Considering when I arrived the night before it was a thunderstorm and I couldn't see anything more than 20m in front of me, it was spectacular. I reached Skeleton Point, 3 miles in, at 8.30am - so decided to carry on. At around 10am I reached a plateau and decided to turn around. It was probably around 10 miles in total.

In the afternoon, after a shower and lunch, I went to Hermit's rest on the bus but I kept falling asleep!
