Sloe gin

Collected the sloes up north from a "secret location" and have cleaned the stalks and leaves away.
Now let the brewing commence.

I got stuck on a gate through a field so they are not without adventure.

Six weeks and this 2.25l should be ready- I like to use some as Christmas gifts for family and friends. It nice to give or receive a gift that's been made .
