The Last Time

We had our morning coffee outside in the sunshine in case it was the last time we could do it, if the weather turns colder. Nice to see the begonias still flowering with some dewdrops on them.

Kayaking again last night. We think our instructors see us as slightly eccentric old biddies. Then our instructor told us of her plans to go trekking around the Annapurna region. Well we were able to say yes we've done that. That made them sit up and take notice.
I'm not saying all of us have done all these things but between us we have trekked in Nepal and to Macchu Picchu, played club tennis, run a half marathon, cycled from John O Groats to Lands End, regularly skied and have forty years of diving and sailing experience.
The moral of all this is, don't judge an old book by its cover. We are more like Kindles. You never know what's been downloaded.
