October sunset

I blipped the sunset across the Meadows as I walked home from work this evening.

It was an interesting day: feedback on my report; a lunchtime focus group on issues related to the content of my report; then two hours with my two new PhD students, both of whom have just moved to Edinburgh.

Exercise today: I had a strange pain below my left knee this morning so didn't run, but still did all the sit-ups and weights. I also walked to work and home again (2 hours).
