So thats the end of the sweetcorn

We seem to have a rodent problem. I have already had to destroy the whole of the polly tunnel tomato crop because the tomatoes were getting eaten on the vine as soon as they approached ripe. Now the sweet corn in the tunnel and outside in the raised beds has been decimated. The advise of the aged locals is......its rats.
So we have to approach pest control people or do it myself. I think the former
