The Mill Pond.

Today I went for a stroll by the river and this view across the Mill Pond is from Silver Street Bridge, Cambridge. Many tourists about and the punt chauffeurs were out in force trying to entice them onto a boat. I am often mistaken for a tourist when I take photos, and was once asked if I wanted to go for a ride on the river. Of course I knew the young chap was touting for business but I replied, 'Thanks for asking to take me for a trip on your boat, but I don't go out with young men I don't know." He looked rather taken aback before he realised I was teasing him.
