Tapas and Sangria

I’m always a bit loathe to Blip food as my photos of a plateful of scrumptious morsels look like a dog’s dinner by the time it has been processed – the photo that is, not the food.

However, I have no photos today other than food. This evening about 20 of us from our village and surrounding area visited a friend’s house for a demonstration of how to make about 6 types of tapas. It was all very delicious and convivial, especially after the glasses of sangria that were also provided (the sangria was actually very nice, and not at all like some I have had before which sometimes have not been quite as quaffable).

A very pleasant and friendly evening where we also learnt something new, and the proceeds (about £200) went to the Leamington Spa Brain Injury Appeal.
