Mash?

That wasn't mash potato. I had read about a low carb alternative to mash potato that was supposed to taste like mash. The two others in the house weren't fooled and had to cook proper potatoes as backup. Cauliflower is not a hit and it's likely i won't be making it again. I didn't mind it but mine was covered in garlic pepper!
