Sunrise

I know another landscape shot is a little boring but I couldn't resist!

With the shorter days the end of my nightshifts are finally coinciding with sunrise again so I'm sure there will be a few more sunrise pics to come in the next little while. It certainly inspires me to pick up Ruby directly from work and fly out to the beach to catch the first morning rays lighting up the horizon. Perk of nightshifts I suppose...

“Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.”
