Rosa mutabilis

Highly recommended for a sheltered spot where it can catch the evening light. This is a delicate tea rose, originally from China and almost thornless. Its delicate blooms develop from apricot to pink to magenta, so you get three colours on one shrub. I think it's beautiful because it is so ephemeral and the flowers droop gently as they die... but are soon replaced by new buds. A real treasure.
