Baby on the ceiling......

......has progressed into toddler on the ceiling! GravyC, ZQ, and Noo think it's great fun........largely because it makes me shriek in horror every time!!!!!!

Today has been a relaxed affair (aside from the 6am gym session and 6pm 10k run). Noo and I lounged around all morning then had a 2 hour snooze 40 winks. We had just enough time to go to the "flayground", so that Noo could terrify me a bit more, before collecting ZQ from school.
