~ Wye ~

Was this the last day of summer?
As I stood on the banks of the river Wye,
Serenity flowing through sleepy Tintern,
Enjoying some calm,
Some time,
A breath or two for me,
For thoughts and the pleasure of seeing,
Of hearing and smelling.
Why rush from A to B?
Enjoy the space in between,
Take in the beauty,
This may be the last day of summer.
