Cuppa tea with Abi and Martha (who is 4 weeks older than E) this morning and a bleach clean of this kitchen this afternoon (trying to deal with bug anx still).

F1 had Tae Kwon-do again today and really enjoyed it. F2 enjoyed playing in the park whilst we waited to pick up F1. Both are very very tired this evening .
