Thursday walk

Off on another walk in this beautiful area. I may have been a little breathless while mountain goat husband who climbs ahead of me without breaking a sweat .. I feel like a 'x' 30 a day smoker. We are averaging a 7 mile walk each day (up hill) and another planned tomorrow.It is no wonder I need a nice glass of red in the evening and a nice pudding
