The Lizard

Had a stunningly beautiful walk all around the Lizard peninsula today. We were really lucky wih the weather again - it was warm and sunny the whole time - until we were back in the car and it rained. Talk about timing! Started out at Lizard village, walked down to Church Cove, then walked right around the coast as far as Kynance Cove. About 10 miles in all, but incredibly easy-going, and so much beautiful scenery to look at that it really didn't seem that far.

Came back to the cottage and showered, then I popped into the town to buy a few holiday gifts for my family. Cooked a big chilli for dinner and had another chilled out evening in.
