Wet & Windy

Miserable weather for the Sussex Beacon Half Marathon in Brighton today. Some 6,000 odd runners took part and, given the weather, probably outnumbered the spectators. I got round in one hour, 41 minutes. That lopped a whole minute (!) off my previous personal best which has stood for two years... largely because I've not done another half marathon since this one in 2008. As my bio says, 'half-arsed runner'.
