Is There Anybody Out There?

We are still having terrible problems with our internet connection. Mostly we have virtually nothing, or in fact nothing, but occasionally in the middle of the night, it works.

At least we have managed to get Cilla and Downton now!

Trying to get technical assistance from the ISP is frustrating to say the least. There is a different phone number to call for every eventuality and each operator needs the same information over and over again.

Then at last they say they will call us back with a progress report.

But they don't.

Presumably because there isn't any.
