Bird Feeder

Yesterday I bought a bird feeder to hang on our balcony. This is a first for me so I don't know if I'm doing it right. I suspect this is quite a rudimentary feeder as it was the cheapest in the shop. I hope it works! The seeds have got very wet in the rain so I guess I will replace with new seeds once the weather improves.
