Cuterpillar!

Very furry and very cute.. After scrambling up a rather precarious, slimy rock-filled Wildboarclough, we made a sharp exit up what felt like a vertical climb to avoid the waterfall at the top.. And found this little fella! Quick lunch on the plateau then a murky, muddled, misguided walk around Bleaklow before panicking that it was getting rather foggy and not really knowing where we were, decided to stick to the fence leading back down the side of clough.

Not quite what I had planned, but it felt good to get out with my mate and have some proper fresh air and chat. Agreed that we need to do it more often, I really miss walking in the hills.

Little dude turned 4 today so he had a day at cBeebies land and returned a bit tired and overwhelmed with all his presents. Still found a bit of energy to pick out the £6 dustbin truck my mum got him as his favourite toy! Easily pleased..
