A crisis this morning. No coffee in the house.

Usually I manage fine when that happens, but today I needed it.

So, off in the car at 7:30 to buy an Americano. I took it to Dysart Harbour to drink... in the car, as you'll guess from the Blip.

The weather forecast was right, sad to say. Usually I'm hankering to see the sea after a week in Bavaria. Today I wasn't so sure.

The ship is the spanking new Waasmunster - a Belgian registered 25,000 ton LPG tanker, built earlier this year. She's waiting to berth at Braefoot, the Exxon petrochemical plant a bit west of here.

It's lunchtime now, and the weather is worse.
