Powis Castle Gardens.

I met our U3A gardening group this morning for a planned visit to the really beautiful gardens at the castle. I had listened to Derek - our BBC Weatherman , and bundled myself up accordingly, wearing thicker tee shirt, jumper and walking shoes-with a handy waterproof in my bag-I was prepared for any-thing the heavens could throw at me- I wasn't prepared for hot weather- has Derek has lied?!!
