Rydal Water

A beautiful glorious day here in Cumbria.

My sister-in-law phoned to say that our niece has been taken into hospital for observation and her baby may be delivered early. She is naturally worried about her daughter but hopefully she is in the best place and with the best care.

After lunch we went into the Lakes and walked around Rydal Water. It was lovely. I must have done the circuit previously but don't remember when. Great walk - must do it again rather than just drive by Rydal Water as I normally do.

Popped into Kendal on the way home and managed to buy a new (lighter) tripod.
