Weird toes

I had an appointment at the hospital this morning. Not great news as I've broken my toe good and proper - if you look closely you can see the break on the fourth toe.

However I can put some weight on it now so have stopped using the crutches which have left me with achy ribs and shoulders.

The doctor tried to sign me off work for a month but we managed to get her down to just one more week, as I'm sure that I'll be able to manage much better with a little bit more rest.
