Autumn

Today was very wet and chilly. I'm looking forward to warm jumpers, afternoons snuggled up inside, and nights by the fire with the shutters closed.
Dance class was today's highlight. Arabella had a new playmate - Cara, 3 months old, who was gorgeously chubby and still young enough to just lie without moving. Arabella rolled and shuffled until she was close enough to poke and prod and dribble all over the poor thing. I realised that's probably the first person she's been bigger than as she is used to Jacob and friends, so it was probably quite refreshing for her to be doing the poking.
Jacob did all his dancing with miss heather, including clapping, galloping and row row the boat.
