Fruity (Yorkshire) Teacake

So my low-fat fruity teacake, made with a whole mug of real Yorkshire Tea (and served in the box), won the Healthy Cake category at the (very plush and competitive) Oystercatchers Macmillan Coffee Morning today. Totally chuffed!
