Hey but it's good...

..... to be heading back home.

Virginia Beach was beautiful and its people warm and welcoming, but now I am back in Newark airport (NY) again I'm glad to be homeward bound.

Our hosts were fantastic and had developed a super programme of activities for us. Some of the teachers are real, authentic Southern belles! That was something to see and hear.

Unfortunately we have an 8 hour layover here. It was to be 9.5 hrs but our flight from Norfolk was delayed by 90 mins. I sat beside a guy travelling on to LA for a ju-jitsu competition. He was a bit scary, but nice too.

Anyhoo, time to have something to eat. That's one way to kill time in an airport :)
