Salmon pink hydrangea

Sounds as though today might really be the last day of summer looking at the forecast for the weekend! We had a walk into town this morning before spending the rest of the day working in the garden! Hub cleared the greenhouse out and I set about some major cutting back and clearing the flower beds. Our garden refuse bin was emptied yesterday and is already full again! This hydrangea was in a pot up until last year and not fairing to well so we found a spot in one of the borders for it; since then it's flourished, but, as is usual with hydrangea it's since changed colour slightly due to the type of soil we have.... So it's not quite so salmony pink anymore....however it is more ink than in this blip as I've given it a misty finish, which I quite like.
