Lunch out

Started the day off at Little Quavers music class which was nice and C and I then headed to Costa for lunch in a bid to be able to eat something. It was successful and we both managed to.

Relaxing/quiet afternoon which was nice and much needed too.

C's arm is healing really well now thank goodness and has a good new scab forming hurrah. The body is an amazing little healing machine.
