What a week!!!!

Our Florida week has been filled with biking adventures, sunrises and sunsets, great meals and relaxing swims...we've seen creatures we've never seen before, and some that seem like old friends.

The dolphins waited until our last day to show up, but then they came in bunches!! We got to watch them all day, first at the fishing pier, then right in front of our condo!

Strangely enough, our favorite Florida critters aren't indigenous....but migrated from the north just like we did for this week...but they decided this was the place for them!!

The extremely interesting and intelligent pair, called Sefferdog and his lovely wife, Jen seem not to mind traveling long distances for food. The male is usually quite content with a Diet Coke and anything that once was breathing, while the female would probably be able to subsist on a diet of ice cream if allowed to. We were delighted to spend time getting to know these two and learning something of their habits.

I'm quite sure that they mate for life, and I'm sincerely hoping they migrate back up north more often than they have in the past!!!
