Another Day....

....another frozen river shot! In all the time I've lived in Aberdeen, I've never seen the River Dee frozen like it has been recently. At the start of January there was this one and then yesterday's one I thought I'd missed the worst of it. But low and behold, after -12C last night it was completely frozen again.

My Dad is visiting this week, so off out I went with his Nikon D90 to have a play :) I really loved it, but I just can't justify the money for something like it myself. With 2 small people in tow, I think I'd only take it if I was specifically going out to take photos, where most of my halfway decent stuff has been captured when out randomly and just spotted it, and my wee Sony is fab for in the pocket/handbag :)
