River Ribble

Had a trip out to Sawley Abbey this afternoon - an English Heritage Cistercian Abbey founded in 1148 - then had a little potter along the River Ribble

The building is currently undergoing restoration work - part of it were covered in scaffolding - still an impressive sight though

May have to do culture again
